REPAIRS PROCEDURE
We take all Repair queries very seriously. Please try to fill the correct details by providing the full information, Model Numbers can be found on the machine facia or are placed normally on the inside of doors. The best place to find it is the purchase reciept or the manual.
OUR RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Washing machines - £49 + VAT (diagnostic fee of £25 + VAT included)
Tumble dryers - £49 + VAT (diagnostic fee of £25 + VAT included)
Elecric cookers/ovens - £49 + VAT (diagnostic fee of £25 + VAT included)
Dishwashers - £59 + VAT (diagnostic fee of £30 + VAT included)
Fridge Freezers - £59 + VAT (diagnostic fee of £30 + VAT included)
Spare parts are charged separately.
A minimum fee, consisting of diagnostics will be applicable for all visits. If your appliance is Beyond Economical repair, or a replacement is required, a £20.00 discount will be given for all purchases via store or website checkout.
